New from Monosan: Polyclonal Antibodies against Tryptophan Metabolites

The Monosan antibodies against Kynurenic Acid and Quinolinic Acid for a better understanding of the pathophysiological mechanisms of inflammatory related neuropsychiatric disorders.

The polyclonal antibodies are tested for binding to the corresponding metabolite and for specificity in both immunoreactivity in tissue staining and in Western blot. The applicability in immunohistochemistry was tested for the antibodies against kynurenic acid and quinolinic acid in the paraffin embedded post mortem human brain tissues.
